About Vanessa Simulija

Initially exposed to real estate by her father, who was an expert home builder, Vanessa Simulija took an interest in real estate from a very young age. With a background in interior decorating and construction, Vanessa, who is originally from Montreal, had lived in various neighbourhoods of the Lower Mainland before she fell in love with and decided to reside in North Vancouver- an area in which she is very actively involved in the community. Being someone that’s dedicated to her clients combined with her vibrant personality makes it easy for Vanessa to connect with people and distinguish herself through her client-centered approach as a realtor who goes above and beyond what is expected to drive desired results.
